… regarding the stupid DPM's idiotic comments on lim guan eng's denial of his son's sexual harassment. how on earth can such a person be DPM? oh sorry, of course he can since he is in umno. figures.

his denial not enough? then what happened to the many denials you made, as one malaysian insider reader pointed outt? what happened to our PM's denial that he does not know the late altantuya? shouldn't you push for the police to investigate if our PM knows altantuya?

DAP's tony pua rightly said that the DPM need to have his examined (and to think he became the DPM):

“The deputy prime minister needs to have his head seriously inspected. The onus to prove the scurrilous allegations are on the accusers, and not those unjustly maligned.

“Datuk Seri Najib Razak must reprimand his Deputy, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin for giving implicit support to the Umno bloggers to defame and destroy an innocent 16-year-old child,” DAP Publicity Chief Tony Pua said.

also, the alleged victim had already spoken up that she had never been in malaysia for the last 7 years and the principal of the school had also spoken up the alleged victim is not in the school and the reason for LGE's son's transfer. of course, naturally, we know without any surprise, utusan will jump up to parrot the DPM. *SIGH* the sheer hypocrisy and double standard of umno. umno, oh umno, oh umno… the more you manifest your double standard, the more we will be ever so willing to kick you out during the coming election.

ok i'd better not talk more or i'll get angry. here's the statement from LGE:

Press Statement By Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng In Kuala Lumpur On 23.10.2011.

How Can Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin Be So Cruel As To Continue To Repeat The Lies By UMNO Blogs Against My 16 Year Old Son And Question Whether My Son Is Innocent Of Lies Of Sexual Misconduct When The Lady “Victim” Had Asserted That She Had Not Even Met Me Or My Son And The Penang Education Director Had Declared The Allegations Were Not True.

I am appalled and disgusted by Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s remarks that my mere denial of sexual harassment claims against my 16-year old son was inadequate. Instead, Muhyiddin says that “if the Penang chief minister thinks it is important to correct the information, then he has to come up with a strong statement.”

What more strong statement is required from me when I had condemned these barbaric lies as totally unacceptable, inhumane; and the UMNO and BN leaders involved as ferociaous beasts preying on the innocence of young children. Umno bloggers had printed pictures of my son and the alleged victim whom they claimed my son had outraged her modesty. They had claimed that my son tried to escape punishment by using my name and I had paid the girl’s family off with RM200,000 to hush up the matter.

The photograph of the purported “victim” used by Umno bloggers was that of 21-year-old chess grandmaster Anya Sun Corke who is studying at Wellesley College in the United States Anya had already issued a statement denying the charge and expressed sympathy for my son for being a victim of such vicious and barbaric lies.

As a result of PR Penang government’s solid performance in clean and effective governance for the people, UMNO bloggers has been trying to finish me off politically with lies and politics of hate. When they failed, they now train their guns on my innocent school-going son.

Amongst some UMNO leaders who highligted this shameful episode in the blogs is Bukit Gelugor(Penang) UMNO Division vice-chairman Dr Novandri Hasan Basri. He was then followed by many UMNO leaders rehashing the lies. Sadly even UMNO Youth chief Khairy Jamaludin joined in these shameful lies by poking fun at my son with this tweet:-

@Khairykj Khairy Jamaluddin

@PapaGomo Mungkin dia roboh Kampung Buah Pala sebab nak ganti dengan Kampung Buah Dada.

http://twitter.com/#!/Khairykj/status/125841671102529536

Even though the alleged victim had come out with a statement denying the lies, there is no remorse or apology as yet from Khairy or UMNO leaders to my son. Instead of condemning Khairy or Dr Novandri for practicing “the lowest of  gutter politics”, Muhyiddin has seen fit to question my denials and that I should not blame others for the allegations.

How can Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin be so cruel as to continue to repeat the lies by UMNO blogs against my 16 year old son and question whether my son is innocent of lies of sexual misconduct when the lady “victim” had asserted that she had not even met me or my son and the Penang Education Director had declared the allegations were not true?

Penang Education Director Ahmad Tarmizi Kamaruddin had told the Star on 22.10.2011 that his department found no evidence to back the claims of sexual misconduct against my son in several blogs. Ahmad said that it was wrong to drag a student into any controversy to gain poltical mileage. “Children should be left out of politics,” Ahmad added.

If Muhyiddin wants to be seen as fit for the post of Prime Minister, he must be moral and ethical. He fails this moral and ethical test by picking on a 16-year old son who is still schooling and has no chance of defending himself. If Muhyiddin hates me so much, he can do his worst to finish me off politically. But Muhyiddin should not join the craven pack of cowards to pick on my 16-year old son and put my son again through this traumatic experience.

Muhyiddin loses the respect of decent Malaysians if he behaves in the same arrogant manner as those ferocious UMNO beasts who know only how to bully my 16-year old son and feast on a child’s innocence.

mob attack! malay gangsters! must be umno hired…

UPDATED 25 JAN: the real name of this gangster (whom people had label as 'fat pig' or 'ketua babi) is Muhamad Razali – he's on facebook!

read also 'cops in cahoots with rowdy mob, allege ABU' from malaysiakini.

ORIGINAL POST

yes… because the gangsters were seen with umno flag and wearing umno t-shirts.

this happened few days ago but i just got to put it up on my blog. should not missed posting about it. must let everyone know… though of course it won't be everyone since nobody reads my blog… well er… then it's just for me to vent my anger and for record on my blog.

what am i talking about? the umno gangsters who disrupt the ABU hindraf ceramah in klang on sat., 21 jan. read about it in free malaysia today, of which there is a video there but here i also put up another video.

if you watch the video, you would have felt very angry too at the action of the gangster, especially the fat man, who btw, someone posted his picture in facebook, so i copy and posted it here (as you see on the left). from the video, i saw, the way this fat man walked in… ayoh!… you can see his style of walking really gangster type and as though he was such a proud smart alec. he must be the leader as he started it all… walked in with his stupid gangsterish walk and throw the leaflets around. cannot tahan seeing him like that!

if you read the free malaysia today report, you notice what the shah alam OCPD said – he said the ceramah, an anti umno ceramah was held in a predominantly malay area and the villagers were angry that there were malays who attended the ceramah. why angry? if the villagers don't want to attend, so don't, why stop others from attending? you think all malays are pro umno? why, the speakers, i think 3 of them are malays themselves! further the nerve of him to say:

“The act of holding the ceramah was provocative. How can you hold such a meeting in a predominantly Malay area? No permit was requested as well,” he said.

what kind of nonsense talk is this, especially coming from a OCPD? first of all, what do you mean by provocative? are you trying to blame the organisers instead? and why should the organisers applied for a permit when it was held indoor?

this is sad. very sad for malaysia. what is the meaning of this that we can't hold a ceramah indoor, without being set upon by mob like the umno gangsters? and do you know one of those in the mob, was a police (SB)?? yes indeed, read haris ibrahim's blog.and see for yourself.

Press Statement By Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng In Kuala Lumpur
On 23.2.2012.
_____________________________________________________________

Chua Soi Lek's Refusal To Release His Own Debate Transcript In Bahasa
Malaysia And English Will Only Expose Himself To Non-Chinese Speaking
Malaysians That He Focused On Making Personal Attacks,Lies And Adopted
Divisive Tactics
During The Historic Mandarin Debate On "Is The 2-party system becoming
a 2-race system"?
______________________________________________________________

Selangor MCA's police report against me yesterday only highlights
MCA's desperation to cover up MCA President Chua Soi Lek's performance
of making personal attacks, lies and divisive tactics during the
historic Mandarin debate on 18.2.2012 "Is The 2-party system becoming
a 2-race system"? Making another 10 or 100 police reports against me
by Selangor MCA can not hide the fact that Chua has so far refused to
release his own debate transcripts in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Chua Soi Lek's refusal to release his own debate transcript in Bahasa
Malaysia and English will only prove to non-Chinese speaking
Malaysians that he focused on making personal attacks, lies and
adopted divisive tactics during the historic Mandarin. Not only did
Chua made personal attacks against me during the historic debate on
18.2.2012, even his predecessor Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat was also not
spared.

I had refused to trade personal insults or indulged in personal
attacks with Chua during the debate as I believed that a debate should
be a contest of ideas, ideals and principles. Chua knows releasing his
own debate transcripts will only expose himself as indulging in
baseless personal attacks against me as well as Ong Tee Keat. Worse
Chua will also be exposed for his divisive tactics and lies against
the record of PR.

MCA and Chua are using their control over the BN mass media to
whitewash Chua's personal attacks and twist the outcome of the debate
into lies. Even the Star was compelled to apologise to me in their
enthusiasm to whitewash Chua's performance. Facts and figures do not
lie. Let the debate transcripts speak for themselves.

In the interests of historical veracity, Chua should emulate what I
have done by releasing the debate transcripts in Bahasa Malaysia and
English for the benefit of non-Chinese speaking Malaysians. Yesterday
I have released my debate transcripts in Bahasa Malaysia. Today I
release my debate transcripts in English which clearly showed that
unlike Chua I did not launch any personal attacks against Chua's past or record.

Lim Guan Eng

=============================================================

Introduction, Lim Guan Eng:

First of all, I would like to thank the organisers for this live
televised debate. Televised debates mark a new chapter in Malaysian
political democracy because it is an important element in the
democratisation process. I hope that from today onwards, televised
debates will be a common phenomenon in the Malaysian democratic system
just like in Europe and the United States.

Thus, I believe what Malaysians really want to see is a debate between
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Opposition Leader Datuk
Seri Anwar Ibrahim, to see who really deserves to be Prime Minister.
Whoever isn't brave enough to debate, don't hope to think of becoming
Prime Minister.

Chua suggested that DAP is being used by PAS. If we observe UMNO
amongst the Malays, UMNO claims that PAS is being used by DAP.
Therefore, I believe this self-contradictory statement is a dirty
tactic employed by BN. I wish to stress here that Pakatan Rakyat
component parties, be it PAS, PKR or DAP, we never use each other. We
are only prepared to be "used" by the people! At the same time, we are
also not anti-Malay or even anti-non-Malay; we are merely against a
government that is riddled with corruption!

I feel that today's theme, "Is A Two-Party System Becoming a Two-Race
System?", is quite strange. Because, there already exists a two-race
system at the present moment, and we want to change it into a
two-party system. This two-race system, which is BN's long-held
ideology since Independence until now, has BN dividing the people into
Malays and non-Malays, this is a 'divide-and-rule' strategy. The
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin had had said, "I am a
Malay first, then only a Malaysian." Is this 1Malaysia or is this
Bluff(Tipu) Malaysia? This is indeed a two-race system.

On the other hand, a two-party system is premised on ideology, ideals
and principles, without racial discrimination because we are all
Malaysians.

In BN, UMNO only takes care of the Malays, MCA only takes care of the
Chinese, MIC only takes care of the Indians, Gerakan… I don't know
takes care of who???…. That's BN with their "you take care of your
race, I take care of my race". That is a two-race system! Conversely,
in a two-party system, we are all brothers and sisters, we
take care of each other; every Malaysian is part of one big family!

UMNO always proclaims "Malay Supremacy". Does the MCA not see this,
hear this or feel this, and thus are not brave enough to stand up to
them? Hence, we still hear that the Chinese are immigrants(pendatang)
and do not deserve equal rights.

PR is different from BN. We don't want "Malay Supremacy", what we want
is "Rakyat(People) Supremacy"! Anwar not only speaks about "Rakyat
Supremacy" in front of non-Malays, but he also says the same thing to
the Malays. Will UMNO leaders dare to stop proclaiming "Malay
Supremacy" and instead support "Rakyat Supremacy".

When the people or PR leaders expose abuse of power or corruption and
question the Police or the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, we
are accused of challenging the Malay institutions – this is a two-race
system, because corruption does not discriminate against the colour of
one's skin. The late Ahmad Sarbaini, the customs officer who lost his
life, is he not a human being?

Pakatan Rakyat wants to abolish corruption, BN wants corruption. PR
wants to ensure leaders who are honest and a government that is clean,
including public declaration of assets of government leaders, open
tenders, now this is a two-party system! Most importantly, the real
corrupt officers must be caught, and not slandering the poor innocent
Teoh Beng Hock.

My opponent always says: "Other races become government, Chinese
become opposition". This is totally wrong. In truth, "BN MCA becomes
opposition, PR DAP becomes government" is what worries MCA. Not only
does the Chinese support PR to bring change, the Malays do so as well,
if not PR would not have been able to gain 40% Malay support and the
political tsunami would not have happened. Without the political
tsunami I believe I would not have the opportunity to stand here as
the Chief Minister of Penang and Chua would not have the chance to
become the President of the MCA.

In a democratic system, a two-party system requires alternating
governments. Let the BN fall and become the opposition, let PR rise to
become the government. If PR does not rule well, then the people have
the right to change again after five years. This is a two-party
system, with alternating parties ruling, only then will the people
have a better life.

Question from the moderator:

The Chinese community have welcomed a two-party system since 1980. If
we refer to the 2008 results, the amount of votes given to BN and PR
are about the same. This shows that half the people are happy with BN
while the other half harbour hopes for PR. Does this mean that both
parties have achieved a two-party system? How would your party seek to
win the other half?

Answer from LGE:

If PR is given the chance to rule, our policy will bring benefits to
the people. Today, inflation is rising, our income is not enough to
make ends meet. We want to reduce the people's burden. If we become
government, we will abolish the North-South Expressway and the Penang
Bridge tolls. We will also increase oil royalties from 5% to 20% for
Sabah and Sarawak.

I know, since Penang gave RM100 to senior citizens every year, BN has
copied. Not only BN has copied, MCA too has copied. So, besides
thanking Chua, they(MCA members) should also thank the Penang State
Government. If we take power at the federal level, we wish to inform
all 2.1 million senior citizens in the country that we promise to give
RM1,000 every year. These are the benefits of alternating governments.
They are judged on their policies. We want to become a policy state
not a police state.

Answers for the Q&A session:

LGE: Was that Perak Exco Ma Han Soon? I think we all know that when PR
was the government in Perak, it was PR which started the initiative to
grant land to schools and permanent land titles to new village
residents and the poor. However, since BN became government, this has
been abolished. Because of that, I feel that you have no right to
question anyone.

On the question of the Penang State Government making empty promises,
I wish to stress that we have fulfilled all our election promises. On
why the Sungai Nyior toll has not been abolished, we must remember
that this is under the power of the Federal Government. We have not
taken over the Federal Government, so be patient…. When we have
taken over the Federal Government, of course we will abolish it, as
well as the North-South Expressway and the Penang Bridge tolls.
However, even though we have not abolished the Sungai Nyior toll, we
have built a road to bypass the toll plaza, so it is the same, no need
to pay toll.

The success of Penang, I believe has been proven. After March 2008,
everyone can see, touch and feel the changes that have happened. In
Peninsular Malaysia, the first dual lingual road signs in Chinese were
erected in Penang. The first Tamil road signs in Malaysia are also in
Penang. For the first time in Penang, we also have road signs in
Arabic, all due to the success of the PR Government. Penang's success
in combating corruption is also notable, resulting in praise from
Transparency International. If there are people who are guilty, we
will not let them get off scot-free, and the fact the Penang has zero
corruption has been recognised by an international organisation. When
we say we don't take money, we don't take money. Thank you.

Questions to each other:

CSL: We hear populist policies, giving RM100, abolish this, abolish
that… Can you, on this stage, tell us what is the community
development and economic model of Pakatan Rakyat so that Malaysia can
escape the low-income trap and achieve high income status, including
implementing the promises in the Buku Jingga?

LGE: I believe this is the difference between myself and Chua. He is
not anxiously concerned about corruption, while I am very anxiously
concerned about corruption. We need to have a framework for
administrating the country's affairs. What is the plan to bring
economic development? I wish to use the Penang model as an example.

This is the result of the Penang Pakatan Rakyat State Government's
practice of "money makes money". This system stresses four key
aspects. First, "money raise money" through cooperation between the
private and public sectors (Public Private Partnerships) in executing
development projects. Secondly is "money earns money" through an open
tender system, the State Government can cut costs. Third is "money
creates money" through innovation and creativity. Finally, "money
saves money". If we don't take money, for sure there will always be
money to be saved.

Therefore, the Penang State Government has enjoyed a budget surplus
every year for four years, and is able to give back to the people
through our Senior Citizens Programme with RM 100 every year, and
RM1,000 one-off to beneficiaries of senior citizens who pass away.
Even newborn babies get RM200 under our Golden Child Programme. When
Barisan Nasional was ruling Penang, not a single sen was given, but
with the principle of "money makes money", we have given benefits to
the people of Penang, and this is actually an anti-corruption
dividend!

In addition to that, in Malaysia, I believe that if we abolish
corruption, we will be able to save a lot of money and give back to
the people. This is our promise, Penang is the best proof! If we dare
to fight corruption, we will definitely have money. Thank you.

Answers to the Q&A and Conclusion, LGE:

First of all, I would like to rebut certain accusations that the
Penang State Government has not given land to Chinese schools. I feel
this is not only lying to yourself but also lying to others. This is
because we have proof, even the schools can verify that the Pakatan
Rakyat Government has given land. Don't forget, the Pakatan Rakyat
State Government has now institutionalised allocations to all school
streams, not just Chinese schools, also Tamil schools, Sekolah Agama
Rakyat or religious schools and private Chinese schools. Before, there
was nothing, and now they receive yearly allocations.

Here, I would like to make a plea to all Malaysians. Be brave enough
to change, we must not surrender our destiny to fate. We deserve equal
opportunities. No longer must we kneel down and beg. We must boldly
rise up with dignity to seek change! We do not want to be lied to
anymore, change now! Look, the MCA President too has changed, for the
first time he is debating with the Rocket. But this debate is not as
important as whether MCA dares to say "No" to UMNO?

Why say "No" to UMNO? Because UMNO uses racial and religious
sentiments, including supporting PERKASA to inflame and divide the
people! Secondly, UMNO abuses laws that impinge upon human rights.
UMNO condones corruption, Shahrizat's case with the cows is only the
tip of the iceberg. Even more serious, in the last 10 years, RM1
trillion of illicit funds (corruption money) has been illegally taken
out of the country. How do we account for this? This is why we want a
two-party system.

As what the former MCA President Ong Tee Keat described MCA's
cooperation with UMNO. He said, "Before at least MCA could eat the
leftovers dishes on the table, but now the best they can hope for are
the breadcrumbs."

Many Malays have not enjoyed the fruits of development of this
country. They don't get RM250 million to raise cows, because most of
the "good fruits" have been eaten by BN cronies leaving to the people
only the "dead" fruits.

The problems faced by the Chinese community, I believe everyone knows
there are many problems. Besides the problem of the private school
certificates (UEC) not being recognised, Chinese schools do not get
enough allocation funds, teachers who are not proficient in Chinese
are sent to Chinese schools, there are also problems with temporary
teachers that have not been resolved. But issues of unequal access to
the economy and jobs, I believe are not only faced by the Chinese, but
also by other races. That is why we have to take this chance to work
together with the other races to bring about change.

What we stress now is about the future of our children. The future of
my generation has already been robbed by BN for 50 years, don't let
our children's future be robbed as well. Therefore, we are awaiting
the chance to change.

This morning before I came, I told my daughter that if given the
chance, I would like to be the voice of her generation. I hope to
provide policies that will enable you to live here and not to migrate.
We must give importance to talent. Remember, only by appreciating,
emphasising and choosing talent can the future of Malaysia be bright
and prosperous.

Look at South Korea, in 1970, their average per capita income was only
USD260 in 1970 Malaysia was better, we had USD380 then. However, South
Korea has now surpassed Malaysia. Now, our average income is USD7,760
while South Korea has reached USD20,000! Why has South Korea become a
high income nation while Malaysia has failed? The main factor is that
South Korea is a democratic country, practices a two-party system, has
an alternating change of government. Therefore, if we want to change,
if we want Malaysia to become a high income nation, we must be brave
to rise up for change, we must be brave to realise a two party system.
This path is not easy, but I wish to remind everyone, our cooperation
with PAS, PKR is based on a written manifesto. It has been announced
in public, PAS has their ideology, DAP has our ideology, but don't
forget, PAS has never caused the death of a single Chinese. Let us be
strong, will ourselves to change. Even though the path may be
difficult, but for the sake of our younger generation, we must
complete this journey of change!

penang anti lynas protest

26 feb. 2012. kuantan see around 15,000 people gathered to protest, while other states like KL and sarawak, people were protesting in solidarity too. penang had its protest at speakers square, esplanade. very good turnout – about 500. however the programme was disrupted with the turnout of some UMNO samseng! (gangsters). about 50 of them… many wearing the umno 1malaysia t-shirt. they were very noisy and disruptive. when the organiser wanted to speak, they shouted and drowned the organiser, so the organiser had to move away, together with the crowd… but after some time, they came to where the organiser was giving a speech and disrupted them again.

while the protesters shouted "stop lynas" the shouted "we want lynas". when those goons heard the protesters shouting "stop lynas" they said "then get out of malaysia". oh gosh, is that all they can say? yes i notice so many times umno gangsters have nothing solid to say in an argument but always like to say "get out of malaysia".

these stupid umno gangsters why is it they always like to disrupt NGO organised protest? remember the anti-ISA protest – one at esplanade too and one at komtar walk – the anti ISA people organised it but they, the pro ISA people, the umno goons, came crashing in and disrupted the peaceful protest. why can't they organised their own pro ISA protest or now pro lynas protest? really idiots! they really show to the world that they are gangsters, if they keep disrupting protests. i hardly (or maybe never?) see such things happened in other countries. only in bolehland it happens!

it seemed that in this anti lynas protests, two reporters were hurt when the umno gangsters attacked them with helmets. see, they were playing rough! as if verbal abuse not enough but they have to resort to physical harm. what to do… only gangsters will act this way – verbal (and vulgar too) abuses and violent physical harm.

ok i will let you read what happened in penang from susan loone's article in malaysiakini.

NOTE:  i wanted to post photos here but it seems that something's wrong with my blog (as again) which made it that i can't post the photos… but i will still try again later. in the meantime please see all the photos i have taken (over 100) at my facebook photo album.

Penang anti-Lynas rally disrupted, smooth elsewhere

by Leven Woon & Susan Loone
7:58PM Feb 26, 2012

7:58PM Feb 26, 2012
The Penang leg of solidarity gatherings for the Himpunan Hijau 2.0 rally in Kuantan was the sole event which saw disruptions, with two journalists hurt during a fracas that erupted at the rally.
Himpunan Hijausupporters began gathering at the Penang Esplanade were met by a hostile group, which includes local leaders from Umno Youth and Malay rights pressure group Perkasa, numbering about 50.

Several members of this group have often been spotted at anti-Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng rallies organised by Suara Anak-Anak Malaysia and Komtar Traders Association vice president Abdul Ghani Mohammed Jiman.

When the event kicked off at about 6.00pm, the hostile group began jeering Himpunan Hijau supporters and telling them that this was not a “Penang issue”.

Some shouted “HidupUmno”, "Hidup BN", “We want freedom” and “Balik Kuantan (Go back to Kuantan)”.

Several Himpunan Hijau supporters who offered to debate with the hostile group were shouted at, pushed and told to stop their protest.

By this time, the Himpunan Hijau crowd that swelled to about 500, retorted by chanting anti-Lynas slogans, and  “Hidup rakyat (Long live the people)”.

By about 6.15pm, no police were in sight despite the intense shouting match which ensued.

Freedom to speak, not harass

Penang executive councillor and Tanjung MP Chow Kon Yeow who was first to address the crowd, saying that the freedom of speech of both pro and anti-Lynas supporters must be respected.

However, Chow said if the pro-Lynas supporters wanted to express their views, they could have organised another protest, instead of "harassing and disturbing" their opponents.

"The pro-Lynas supporters say this is not a Penang issue. But this is not a political issue, it is something that concerns all Malaysians," he said.

"And if this is not a Penang issue, then why are they shouting here?" he added.

Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng arrived at the scene at about 6.30pm and addressed the Himpunan Hijau supporters, affirming Pakatan Rakyat’s stance against the Lynas rare earth refinery in Gebeng, near Kuantan, because of potential radioactive hazards.

He also urged the crowd not to be cowed by the opposing group gathered just near by.

Upon hearing this, the hostile group showered Lim with a barrage of vulgarities and popular Hokkien swear words, prompting Himpunan Hijau crowd to boo them.

They also continued chanting "Guan Eng penipu (liar)" and asked him to return to Malacca, the CM’s place of birth.

The hostile group also shouted at the CM to "please settle Penang problems first, before talking about issues in another country or state".

However, Lim braved all the obscenities, and told the crowd that those who supported Lynas did it for the money as the company benefitted only Umno cronies.

Journalist assaulted

Following this, Lim attempted to leave the stage and join the crowd but the hostile group started to push participants and a fracas ensued.

According to eyewitnesses, two journalists from local Chinese daily Kowng Wah Jit Poh – Adam Chew and Lee Hong Chun – were struck with motorcycle helmets.

Lee, when met later, said his head was injured, and that he was hit by the pro-Lynas members while snapping shots of the group trying to stop Lim's car from leaving the field.

The police finally moved in at about 7.15pm, blaring sirens and demanding that the crowd disperse.

Unlike Penang, other solidarity rallies in major towns and cities elsewhere proceeded smoothly.

In BUKIT MERAH, Perak some 1,000 people gathered at the former Asian Rare Earth (ARE) refinery at 11am for a 90-minute rally to show support for the Kuantan counterparts.

Rally organiser Hew Yoon Tat, when contacted, said he gave a speech during the event where he reminded the public that the cleanup works for the now defunct ARE was still ongoing and thus still pose a danger.

“The government should put a blanket ban on rare earth processing factory,” he said.

Bad experience

He said past experience with the ARE have caused doubts with the assurances being given over the soon-to-be operation Lynas plant.

Back in 2003, Bukit Merah residents were told that two years were needed to decommission the ARE.

“He said the reason being is the factory needed to be torn down part by part so that the radioactive waste would not go into the village.

“How come last time when it was in operation you claimed it was not harmful and now you said it is harmful?” he asked.

In KUALA LUMPUR, some 500 people gathered in front of Maju Junction shopping centre (above) along the busy Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman in a three-hour gathering.

Gatherings from Penang to Tawau

It was a festive atmosphere during the gathering which saw participants singing songs and displaying their placards for oncoming vehicles, encouraging them to honk in support.

Other than musical performances, some participants also donated small locks of hair which was later used to spell out the phrase “Stop Lynas, save Malaysia” on the sidewalk.

In KUCHING, Sarawak, some 30 protesters converged at Taman Sahabat, Jalan Song for a solidarity rally, but was forced to cut it short to about 15-minutes because of heavy rain.

Organiser William Lee drew comparisons between the Lynas plant and the country’s the first aluminum smelter in Balingian, Sarawak which has caused plants within 3km ratio to die.

He warned that a similar scene might happened in Gebeng.

There are also reports of solidarity gatherings being held in Tawau, Kota Kinabalu, Sibu, Miri, Kluang and even as far as Melbourne.

i wanted to make this post a few days ago but didn't get into it. then i realised today is 29 feb. a day that occurs once in every four years, so i must make a post. so here i am. yes i wanted to write about what happened at the anti-lyans protest in penang on sunday, 26 feb, of which i was present. i try to think of some heading… like my facebook album heading 'umno/perkasa samseng' or something to that effect but i thought i'd better not mention that 3 words. then lo and behold, i came across this article by one othman wahab in the malaysian insider and the heading above came from him. (refer his article, 2nd last line.)

as always, this will be my ramblings on an issue, personal ramblings, so i'm going to write whatever comes out of my mind, straight out. so it is not meant to be a "very good write-up/article!" thingy (like writing for the media or report).

why was that phrase used? you see, lately i'm sure you came across so many incidents of violence and intimidation by umno or perkasa members against the opposition or members of the public (esp. NGO) holding events or forum. remember the ABU/HINDRAF ceramah in klang? then just recently anwar's car was targeted and his daughter, nurul was nearly attacked.  then of course we have this gang of thugs from umno and perkasa (it was said the umno youth came all the way from seremban) disrupting the anti-lynas protest in penang. i'm going to talk about this.

it seemed that the police were present when the umno/perkasa hooligans went wild and began shoving and pushing people, yet they didn't do anything. then when the CM was there and he was going to leave, these umno/perkasa samseng try to get near him and also try block his car and hit his car. all this while the police were there but they did not try to stop those umno/perkasa goons. why? especially when it was the chief minister! merely because the police were beholden to umno! they did not want to take action. if it's the other way round… pakatan supporters trying to intimidate umno supporters, you bet the police will come in at once. the proof is there! in a video captured by my fellow CJ (citizen journalist), lim. watch this video and look out esp. around  nos. 0150, 0250, 6.00, 7.50. i will put up this video here anyway… including another from bulletin mutiara (penang government).

penang CM, LGE, had not only made a police report, but he had also written to the IGP in bukit aman. he questioned why the penang police did not take any action to protect him.

can you believe it? the CM said those hooligans had called out "“Cina Babi, Penang Cina bodoh, babi sokong Lim Guan Eng Ketua Menteri”, and also not forgetting a host of expletives in the hokkien language (which i understand, most people of non chinese like to use e.g. the one that start with 'c', 'p' and 'l'). can you imagine that? weren't they being racist? weren't they being vulgar? yet no action on them… police not charging them, none of the umno/perkasa chief spoke up to condemn them. if it's the other way round… gosh, you will hear at once ibrahim ali crying out for blood… or those umno MP making noises. sadly… they remain silent. what does this tell? they silently support the gangsterish attitude?

NOTE:  i'll continue writing here some other day as now it is going to be midnight soon. better post this first before 29 feb flies away! anyway i'll continue writing from here but below you can still see othman wahab articles and the two videos.

UPDATED: 7 march
you see the umno people getting violent so much… why do you think so? could it be they are taking the cue from najib's cry of something 'crushed bodies' (or what… i forgot) to win back selangor? they want to win back not only selangor but the other PR controlled states. so they are resorting to violence. what a shame!

ok today (7 march) i came across another good article by josh hong of malaysiakini regarding this very true fact of umno turning thuggish, so i'm going to post it here. actually there had been a number of articles and not forgetting readers write letters regarding this issue – violence and intimidation from umno but i like this one, so pick this to post. (mainly because of the heading… which was what i had used before… the word 'thuggish'.

Standing up against political gangsterism — Othman Wahab
February 29, 2012

FEB 29 — What would you do if a group of individuals constantly threatened you, used thuggish language and behaviour to intimidate you and your family, friends and neighbours?

How would you react if your legitimate right to express your opinion or gather as a peaceful assembly to express an opinion on a matter close to your heart, is challenged by gangsters and politicians behaving in such manner?

What would you say if your brother or sister attending a political gathering was assaulted by thugs who are acting with the support of the government?

Would it be acceptable to you if your elected representatives are being threatened with bodily harm, abused with racist epithets and prevented from speaking to Felda settlers by thugs?

Is it alright that journalists or social activists are being threatened by these gangsters and that the police watch like uninterested spectators?

What do we make of police inaction after 10 men were arrested for putting up posters defaming Ambiga Sreenivasan and A. Samad Said of Bersih?

I believe that these are questions we need to answer, because in recent weeks, Mohamed Sabu, Nurul Izzah Anwar, Lim Guan Eng, Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad and other Opposition members have been threatened by Perkasa and Umno Youth members. Two Chinese newspaper journalists were assaulted.

Mind you, we are not talking about “kongsi gelap” (triads) but state-sponsored intimidation and violence.

One last question: Would you stand idly and give in to this gangsterism by Umno/Perkasa?

Umno turning thuggish
Josh Hong
11:37AM Mar 2, 2012

I was asked recently by a Thai friend if Malaysia had seen the kind of political violence that Thailand suffered two years ago, the reverberations of which are still keenly felt within Thai society today.

I answered with an emphatic ‘no’ and in a rather complacent manner, explaining also that, unlike other Indo-Chinese countries, Malaysia has a ‘highly professional and neutral’ military.

“To Malaysians, coup d’etat is as alien as winter.”
Strangely, I could feel a chill in my bones after saying this. Sooner or later, I may come to regret my false confidence and wishful thinking.

By now, it is becoming abundantly clear that Umno is bent on staying in power by hook or by crook. Just before the Bersih 2.0 rally last July, the police announced that they were ready to work with the armed forces in controlling the participants. Why call in the army? As it turned out, the police – armed with teargas and water cannons – were more than capable of charging at the peaceful crowds, despite their dismal records in tackling street crimes.

Since late last year, there has been a series of violent incidents involving thugs linked to Umno. From Asal Bukan Umno (Anything But Umno) public forums to opposition functions to other NGO events, unknown youngsters would appear from nowhere and threaten to harm the speakers and attendants, the latest victim being a journalist covering the anti-Lynas protest in Penang last Sunday.

After the attempts to disrupt ceremahs by Anwar Ibrahim in Sembrong and Nurul Izzah Anwar in a Felda estate, surely there will be more thuggery aimed at the opposition and civic rights bodies that are perceived as unfriendly towards the government.

I am certain those unruly youths are linked to Umno because, as one can see, they only wreak havoc at events that are against the interests of the ruling coalition. Given all the bad press by Utusan Malaysia, New Straits Times and The Star, the last thing that the opposition wants is more propaganda fodder for Umno by getting rowdy.

Of greater concern is the conspicuous silence of Umno bigwigs.
When Najib Abdul Razak edged out Abdullah Ahmad Badawi three years ago so that he and his vainglorious wife got to occupy Seri Perdana sooner than planned, the mainstream media heaped praises on him as being ‘outstanding’, ‘self-assured’, ‘moderate’, ‘gifted’ and ‘adept’.

But this man has turned out to be an utter failure at a time when leadership is called for, and his playing with ignorance is a walking embarrassment for those who had rushed to eulogise him prematurely.

But my biggest worry is those young people who seem to have nothing better to do but engage themselves in delinquency and hooliganism. What has gone wrong with them? Would they have chosen this path if other options such as proper education and a decent job were available to them?

Would one allow one’s own children or siblings to go astray like the Umno-sponsored thugs? I am posing this question even to Umno supporters and the non-partisan voters.

Exploiting socially-marginalised youths

What is most despicable, deplorable and shameless is that none of the Umno leaders – certainly not Najib, Muhyiddin Yassin and Mahathir Mohamad – would permit their young ones to go anywhere near the violent scenes, yet they are turning a blind eye to the fact that lower-echelon politicians have been exploiting the socially marginalised youths for their own selfish interests!

One can have a myriad of reasons for Umno to remain in power; what matters most is whether the argument is conveyed rationally and in peace. Resorting to and condoning violence will only radicalise our national politics, potentially to the point of no return.

Since the next general election is widely perceived as a do-or-die battle, Umno is going all out to ensure its own survival.

Arming and paying the jobless youths to strike fear into the general public is simply one of the many dirty and ugly tricks used to halt the opposition and civil society from making further inroads; it is also a perfidious scheme that reminds one of Robert Mugabe’s reign of terror: the elites are racing against each other to embezzle public fund and to enrich themselves, while the young generation is left with no future to look forward to.

The saddest truth is that these young people could have been given a better choice if Umno had run the country responsibly and with integrity. Instead, they are now taught to embrace thuggery as a matter of course, and may end up being trapped in the vicious cycle, all in exchange for peanuts.

Is a raw deal as such all that Umno can offer the young Malays? Does one not shudder at the prospect of a country filled with thuggish youths? Why can’t Umno opt for the culture of civil debate? Isn’t ruffianism the strongest sign of running scared?

The more Umno connives at political thuggery, the more it proves its rampant corruption and dearth of true leadership.

Eduardo Galeano, a leftist writer from Uruguay, once said: “The most terrible crime that could be committed against the poor is to steal their hope; it is even worse than murder, because hope is often all that poor people have left.”

Now it is evident that not only is Umno robbing the poor of their hope; it is also turning them into political mercenaries who will surely be dumped to face their own fate once the fight is over.

And there is no greater moral wrong than this, which is why I still feel the unbearable chill in my bones.

Halt Umno's Horrific Hubris!
By Martin Jalleh

Umno has drastically “changed” into a haven of
Hired thugs, ruffians, rowdies and rogues,
Hoodlums, hell-bent on creating havoc,
Hecklers, harassers, haranguers, hustlers, and
Herds of goons, goblins and gangsters!

The Umnoputras have become increasingly
Haughty and superior low-life creatures,
Hardcore pornography producers and purveyors,
Hoaxsters, hackers and haters and
Head honchos of ugly, gutter politics!

After 66 years, Umno can proudly boast of
Hypocritical leaders who hoodwink their own race,
Humbug ministers with endless hype on reform,
Hedonistic elites, corrupt, rotten to the core and
Half-past-six ministers with hollow promises!

As its political survival hangs by a thread, Umno has
Hijacked the independence of key civil institutions,
Handed out handsome, hefty sums to bribe a nation,
Heedless, that we are headed for bankruptcy
Hard hit by the heaviest debt in the nation’s history!

Umno’s Home Minister even gives a free hand to its
Henchmen so adept at honing a siege mentality,
Hordes of high-handed “little Napoleon mullahs”,
Hassan Alis, Harussanis, bigoted “heroes” and
Hideous editors spewing sedition so brazenly!

Umno’s hemorrhaging can also be seen in parliament
Hostile MPs abuse their unabashed brute majority,
Histrionics, hysterics are now a hallmark of Umno YBs,
Hogwash, half-baked answers are hollered in reply and
Heavy-handed actions by the Speaker complete the circus!

The world is equally humoured by Umno’s PM who
Holds his faltering image high with stunts and slogans,
Harps on unity whilst Umno divides, rules, dominates,
Hobbles, whilst puppeted by Dr M, the defacto PM and
Hums “change” whilst hemmed in by Umno’s hardliners!

don’t fear PAS/hudud!! fear umno/BN instead!!

you should vote for PAS (not BN!) or any parties… as long as it is ABU! (anything but umno – or in bahasa asalkan bukan umno). let's go one step further. vote, vote, as long as it is ABCD – 'asalkan bukan cap dacing' (as long as it is not the balance symbol).

barisan nasional (BN) had been going all out to frighten non muslim not to vote or to support PAS because PAS will impose islamic state lah, syariah law lah, hudud lah, this and that lah… but that's just it – frighten… BN just want to frighten you. you have no reason to fear PAS at all.

only criminals will fear hudud! if you are not a criminal, why then fear hudud? anyway, here is a good post from a blogger friend about hudud.

i will reproduce here two articles that tell you, you don't have to fear PAS and hudud. read them and i hope you'll share them to others, especially the old chinese aunties and uncles who still fear PAS.

Why fear PAS?
Malaysian Digest
Tuesday, 10 August 2010 14:52
By Kee Thuan Chye

SHOULD non-Muslim Malaysians be afraid of PAS?

That is a question that will be extremely pertinent when the next general election comes around. With a large percentage of the non-Muslim population being currently disillusioned with Barisan Nasional (BN), how would they vote if they were faced at the next general election with choosing between a candidate from BN and one from PAS?

The people who are most suspicious of and averse towards PAS are the Christians. Not all are like that, however; for instance, I know Christians who voted for PAS in the 2008 general election, including a pastor in Kedah. A Catholic friend in Penang says she and her church members fully support PAS. And many among the flock of the Church of the Divine Mercy in Shah Alam, who gave PAS MP Khalid Samad a standing ovation when he visited it in 2008, must have voted for him.

But on the other hand, I have also come across Christians who are educated, middle-class and very sensible, but who are so scared of PAS that their fear seems irrational.

The religious aspect is of course of utmost concern to them. They are scared that if PAS came into power, it might establish an Islamic state, and that would seriously affect Christian worship. Considering that the Christians have become a beleaguered lot over the last 20 years because of increasing restrictions being placed on them by the Government, their worry about facing worse circumstances may be understandable.
ABU
For example, getting a permit to build a church, which is probably the most basic of their concerns, now takes an inordinate amount of time. The Catholics of Shah Alam had to wait 14 years before the then BN Selangor State Government allowed them to build their church. Christian groups wanting to circumvent this problem have resorted to registering themselves as non-religious organisations.

New churches are now expected not to look like churches. Some of them look like factories, especially the St Ignatius Church in Petaling Jaya, which reportedly was prohibited from putting a cross on top of its building. Furthermore, many churches are now located in shophouses because getting religious land for the building of churches is next to impossible.

On top of that, from time to time, some BN MP would kick up a fuss in Parliament or elsewhere about crosses existing on the facades of missionary schools and agitate to have them all removed.

Would all this get worse if PAS came to rule the country?

First of all, it is unlikely that PAS can do that on its own. It now has 23 seats in Parliament. It must win 112 of the total 222 seats to gain a simple majority and become the ruling party. That would amount to a huge quantum leap.

But even if that near-impossible event did become a reality, and PAS wanted to turn Malaysia into an Islamic state, it would still need to get enough support to amend the Federal Constitution for that purpose. It would need a two-thirds majority to pass the Bill, i.e. 148 votes. Where would it get the extra 36 to add to its 112?

It may then be argued that if Pakatan Rakyat (PR) got elected to form the government, PAS would be part of it. That is true. But if it still insisted on going ahead with its Islamic state agenda, it would need the support of its coalition partners to vote for the Bill. Given that its partners are PKR and the DAP, how many votes is it likely to garner from them? Enough to make two-thirds?

I reckon that even if BN, which would then be in the Opposition, relinquished the whip in the voting on the Bill, thereby allowing its MPs to vote according to their conscience rather than follow the party line, it would still be very unlikely that the two-thirds will be obtained.

Mathematically, then, the fearful Christians need not fear that PAS can impose an Islamic state. But for the sake of argument, even if it could and did, how much different would it be from what we’re in now? After all, Najib Razak has already declared Malaysia an Islamic state, which he did in July 2007. Since becoming Prime Minster, he hasn’t retracted that declaration.

Let’s have a look at PAS’ idea of an Islamic state. In its document on the establishment of such a state, it makes clear that Syariah law will hold sway but only Muslims will be subjected to it. Non-Muslims can choose to be subjected to it or to the current penal code of the land. In other words, there is no change for them.

It also guarantees “the rights and freedom of the individuals and the citizens of the state”, and among the rights protected are freedom of religion and right to cultural expressions; freedom of speech, political association and assembly; freedom to private ownership; freedom of education; freedom to engage in business; and so on.

It pledges to uphold parliamentary democracy as PAS has accepted democracy “as the best methodology” for realising its political struggle, and to take full cognisance of the reality and sensitivities of Malaysia’s multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multi-cultural make-up.

From the look of it, there is not much difference in principle from the current state. The one major difference in PAS’ idea of an Islamic state, however, is that Islam will be the basis of socio-political life and it will be implemented as a comprehensive way of life.

This may be the difference that the Christians would recoil from. Even if they stopped to consider that Islamic principles are rather similar to those of Christian ones, especially in relation to the concepts of justice, equality, humanity, and that these principles are, in fact, consistent with the guarantee of religious freedom, they will not be comfortable with the setting-up of an Islamic state.

I am not a Christian myself but I do not want an Islamic state either. Neither do I want a Christian state or a Buddhist state or whatever-religion state. And that’s simply because I am strongly in favour of Malaysia being a secular state.

MCA president Chua Soi Lek recently came out to say that if PR wins the next general election, the prime minister might be from PAS. He was of course capitalising on the non-Muslims’ fear and distrust of PAS. But even if what he said does materialise, the PAS prime minister would most likely behave accordingly. The PAS politicians are not new to the game, and they are pragmatists too. They will rise to the occasion. And that occasion is recognising the realpolitik.

Malaysia is a diverse society and its major interest groups have to be pacified. The PAS prime minister would not be so naïve as to jeopardise his position by alienating them. The lessons of March 8, 2008, have been properly learnt.

Furthermore, can a PAS prime minister be that awful an option? Not if he is the likes of Nik Aziz or Nizar Jamaluddin. Both are held in high regard even by non-Muslims. Nizar even came to be adored by non-Muslim Perakians in just the short time he was their Menteri Besar. It is true that when he was named MB, there was initial apprehension among non-Muslims, but when they saw his subsequent performance, they became full of admiration for him.

Of course, it may be argued that neither of them will become PM, anyway, and in all likelihood the position would fall to Abdul Hadi Awang. He, too, is an old hand. He would know that as PM, he would not be able to behave as he would as PAS president. His constituency would be radically different, and he would have to juggle the needs of a whole spectrum of groups – ethnic, religious, cultural, etc – and keep them satisfied. He would have to sustain their support for him. Otherwise, the outcome at the following general election would be disastrous not only for him but also for his party and coalition.

There would be things he could not do. Just as an example, it would be foolhardy (no pun intended) to ban alcohol. Not only would this anger non-Muslims who drink (and even some Muslims who do); the international community would leave in droves. Then how would Malaysia obtain foreign direct investment? Malaysia would be seen as a repressive and regressive state. How would it be competitive in this globalised world?

TundiPAS2he rules of the political game are different now from those of the past. If Hadi were to take a hardline Muslim stance in his policies as PM, his partners in PKR and the DAP would not let him, not to mention those in Sabah and Sarawak.

Christians and non-Muslims who fear PAS need to therefore reassess their feelings. This is not a country that is homogeneous. There is a large non-Muslim population that cannot be ignored. They might also consider that PAS’ stand on the “Allah” issue has been consistent and in support of Christian usage of the word. Pit that against a BN government that is deadset on banning it by appealing against the High Court ruling that allowed it.

Personally, I believe that a religion-based party is anathema to the harmonious development of our diverse society because politicisation of religion can be divisive. But PAS is a political reality that cannot be wished away, and it has the potential, in partnership with PKR and the DAP, of unseating the incumbent government, which needs to be removed for the sake of real and positive change.

As such, when the time of reckoning comes at the next general election, some of us when faced with the option of having to vote for PAS or BN would have to exercise the option without the baggage of irrational fear. If we don’t set aside these fears, we might end up making the wrong choice.

PAS cannot implement hudud without two thirds majority: Mahthir
2013-04-25 17:50

KUALA NERANG, April 25 (Bernama) — PAS cannot implement hudud laws in the country if it cannot command a two-thirds majority in Parliament, said former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

He said this was because a two-thirds majority was needed to make amendments to the Constitution.

"It (PAS) is only contesting 70 out of the 222 seats (in the Dewan Rakyat).

"DAP and PKR will not support, they (PAS) will not get the two-thirds majority but the people don't understand this.

"To set up an Islamic nation and to use hudud law, this is just bluffing, telling lies. People who lie, like to lie cannot form the government," he told reporters while on campaign rounds for the Barisan Nasional (BN) at the Padang Terap public field here today.

He said the opposition also did not qualify to administer the country because its leaders often had incongruent opinions.
"When (Prime Minister) Datuk Seri Najib (Tun Razak) speaks, all support, Chinese, Malays, Indian, Iban and Kadazan. But when one of their leader says something, the others object.

"They fight against each other, PKR contesting against PAS (in the 13th General Election), how to have cooperation, if they cannot cooperate how to form the federal government," he said.

On other matters, Dr Mahathir described the explosion incident at a BN rally in Nibong Tebal on Tuesday as not Malaysian culture.

Mahathir said the culture might have been copied from countries where the governments are under dictatorships and that such a thing should not happen here because Malaysia holds elections every five years

In the 10.15pm incident, one security personnel was injured in his right leg after an improvised explosive device (IED) planted about 10 metres behind a stage there went off.

hooligans… or in our local lingua '1malaysia samseng'.  plenty of them around during the 13th general election. documented proof in videos. why i mentioned 1malaysia? they were wearing the 1malaysia t-shirts!  we all know 1malaysia club is aligned to barisan nasional (BN), don't we. in another video, the hooligans were wearing  'i luv PM' t-shirt. gosh! supporters of the PM are hooligans? figures!! the PM did not speak out to condemn them too! just imagine if the hooligans were from PR, he and all the umnoputera would jumped up at once to condemn the hooligans.

the first  video here –  happened in pengkalan pegoh, ipoh on 3 may when a group of PR supporters were having a peaceful flash mob on the streets. suddenly, for no reason at all, a group of 1malaysia samseng (the video stated they are umno supporters)  came on bike and several of them started to attack the PR supporters who were holding flashcards.

look! especially towards the end…  2.22 onwards….  and especially at 2.26, the man in red shirt, holding a stick was wear… what? what t-shirt?? can you see the words there? it clearly stated "i love PM" (with the 'love' in heart symbol).

this is the picture taken from the video to show you clearly the 2 bastards who love the PM as two of the group of hooligans. so shameful of najib razak!

umno_samseng
the second video here showed even worst gangsterish action – throwing tables and chairs and plates too at one elderly man.  think there were about 20 or 30 of them youngsters! all wearing 1malaysia/BN t-shirts. imagine! more than 20 youngsters attacking one lone elderly man.

this happened inside the dehappy restaurant in macalsiter road (the end near komtar, opposite heng ee primary school and bank simpanan nasional). the man who was attacked was with his family/friends after attending the mega-ceramah at esplande on 3 may. he was wearing, i think, the ubah (or LGE) t-shirt. there were quite a number of those PR supporters who were there after the ceramah at the restaurant.

these 1malaysia samseng, of course BN supporters, were not happy with the PR supporters. they were making a lot of noises until this uncle cant' stand it and he just stood up and raise his hands, asking them not to be quiet…. and all of a sudden, the samseng ran to attack him! watch and you will be shocked!!.

finally this video showed the 1malaysia samseng descended on air putih, penang, the constituency where penang CM, lim guan eng stood as candidate.  it happened in front of the gong ming school, air itam on poling day, 5 may. you can tell easily they are 1malaysia samseng by the 1malaysia t-shirts they are wearing (blue wtih 1malaysia logo in front… and some with BN logo at the back).

just 1 minute into the video you'll see those samseng walking in with such a high and mighty proud air, esp. the fat one.  +++++++++++++++++++++

of course these are only 3 of the many videos showing how 1malaysia supporters acted. can you believe…. the news and videos are all over the social media and obviously showing they are BN supporters yet none of the BN ministers spoke up to condemn them. yes, we can believe that…. they are the umno/BN government of 56 years. 🙁

first of all, long ago, the fact is already there, staring at us – that the 'allah' word is used by christians in other countries and the 'allah' word was in existence before islam came into malaysia… BUT, oh well, stupid is as stupid does – malaysian muslim (some, not all) are claiming copyright to the 'allah' word, that is is for them only, that non muslim should not use it – how stupid can they get? oh wait… yes, they can get more stupid…

just two days into the new year, when i browse through malaysiakini, i read about so many stupid remakrs from the bigots and extremists that i couldn't help shaking my head… and feel so geram.

– the infamous perak mufti and the national fatwa council chairperson said that those who questioned the fatwa on the use of allah should have their citizenship revoked. haha. stupid!  (ref: revoke citizenship of allah dissidents)

– an umno veteran on the matter of where  fr lawrence, editor of the herald, when fr lawrence commented that churches will continue to use the allah word, said that fr lawrence should embrace islam. he even suggested that he will hold a conversion ceremony for fr lawrence and will make fr lawrence a chief mullah or something like that. so farneee…. hahahaha… and  stupid!   (re:f revoke citizenship of allah dissidents)

– muslim groups asking fr lawrence to apologise for his remarks that churches will continue to use allah, to apologise to the sultan and to ALL muslim. excuse me, ALL muslim? who are you to speak for all muslim? oh, if no apology, they will send a protest note to a church in klang. why pick that church? why can't send to the herald office (and direct to fr lawrence then). haha.

– believe it or not, selangor umno plan to hold protest at all catholic churches on sunday if fr lawrence didn't apologise. but wait that is not stupid enough… more to come… believe it – yes the deputy PM say aye to their protest! what double standard from this man! stupid!

– because of a few malay NGO that lodged police report against fr lawrence, the police were so quick in action – immediately hauled up fr lawrence for questioning. wahh…. so hardworking! what if it is the other way round? no action or plenty of excuses. stupid!

i'm sure if i slowly scrutinise the media or google here and there, will find more stupid remarks. ok then! will add in (update) as i find them. the world need to laugh.

UPDATED

– the ex PM, the old man ask why christians want to irritate muslim by using 'allah'. like coming out from a 5 years old kid. a dolt!

– JAIS had wanted to send letters to all the churches in selangor, asking them not to use 'allah'. umno selangor had threatened to protest in front of a klang church. what business is it of them, how christians worship in privacy in their own church? stupid!

– by their above action, it sort of tells that they think their own fellow muslim will attend church? and when they attend church and hear the word 'allah', they will be confused… or get converted? allah used by the christians will be just within the christian community themselves!

– another moron who said if christians want to use allah, convert to islam

– even the selangor umno chief can be stupid… oh yes, definitely for sure…. telling us that fr lawrence was the one who started it, not the christians. we (christians) are all of the same opinion as fr lawrence so you want all christians to apologise? this moron also back JAIS' raid on BSM and said people have no respect for the sultan. well… then he has no respect for people of other faith! JAIS has power only on muslim, not non muslim. JAIS' raid show they have no respect for freedom of religion. if he support JAIS, means it is stupidity on his part.

– when even the selangor police chief is so stupid as to not know the law! he said on the matter of JAIS raiding BSM, it was under their own accord as the matter was under their jurisdiction. what do you mean under their jurisdiction? they are muslim and the force entry into a non muslim office – that is very wrong. JAIS only has control over muslim! further, if the police has nothing to do with JAIS, why was a police officer accompanying the JAIS team?

NOTE:  words on the above banner is in malay, which reads "because of the mouth of DAP leaders, 13 may 1969 will occur… you want??

… highly seditious (like for one of many examples, when perkasa chief called for the burning of bibles) – but will there be action taken against them? don't hold your breath. never.

read about it in the malaysian insider. apparently these protesters are… to be crude… najib's ass-lickers. they are defending their PM. fine. defend your beloved PM… but problem is their ketuanan islam/melayu cry too (islam/muslim supremacy). oh ok fine… maybe?… but then they became racist by pointing out DAP as the party that is always against islam. surely that is not fine at all! however to the fed government and the authorities, surely they will not condemn them. the police will not detained them. or the fed gomen and authorities will come up with all sorts of excuses for them. of course, we are living in 2malaysia, see, the land of double standards.

not satisfied with the protest on 18 jan, the next day, on 19 jan, again they protested. sure, they are free to protest… but again, being racist? seditious? and this time violent too… when they started to attack two passerby! will there be action taken against them? no prize for the right answer.

funny, why they blamed DAP and in particular chinese DAP,  when this kangkung business, all races were into it. the kangkung business that went viral were all funny and in good humour or in good nature but when all of a sudden umno/umno supporters protested. it was not at all funny… they were flexing their muscles instead! and of course getting so racist and seditious.

real fed-up of all these umno supporters and some muslim NGOs. if you notice, most of them are mamak! (indian muslim). not original malays. only the mamak (well most of them anyway) always like to make noise. they thought they are trying to be more muslim than the born muslim but what they didn't know was that through their actions, they themselves are giving islam a bad name. what to do… it's their mentality – OK! (otak kering).
